About Me

My experience constitutes on the elaboration of Masterplans and Feasibility Studies, of Conceptual and Detailed Designs, Tender Documentation, Project Evaluations, as well as the provision of Technical Assistance to public utilities, respectively their implementation units – mostly in the in the water supply & sanitation and waste sector, however partially also in other infrastrucure/ building sector.

In addition, I have gained considerable experience as Works Construction Supervisor following different conditions of contracts (e.g. FIDIC) in the infrastructure sector. Internationally working since 1998 as Water Supply-/ Wastewater-/ Waste-/ Contract- & Procurement-Expert and Evaluator/ Observer and in all recent assignments as Project Manager/ Team Leader, I dispose of the ability of setting up tailor made concepts after assessment of needs, which goes hand in hand with the ability to coordinate teamwork and to motivate team members, under variable technical, environmental and socio-economic conditions.

Born in 1965 in Salzburg/ Austria, after studying I have gained meanwhile over 30 years of professional experience (since 1989, BSc), of which dominately in CEE countries, the Balkans & Caucasus regions, Central Asia and Africa (Malawi).

My vast experience with assignments funded by different donors (ADA, ADB, EBRD, EC, KfW, SECO, WB) empowers me to be in full control of all aspects of complex and multi-disciplinary projects, to develop appropriate options for different technical and cultural background conditions and to reach the set objectives. My open character and social competence supports successful project implementations.
